Common questions about pricing.
Is EmberKeep a law firm?
No. EmberKeep is an organizational tool, not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or replace working with an estate planning attorney. For legal decisions, work with a licensed attorney in your state.
Who owns my data?
You do, always. We do not sell, license, or transfer your data to any third party outside of our service providers (listed at emberkeep.ai/security). We do not use your data to train any AI model. Read the full terms at emberkeep.ai/terms.
What happens if I cancel?
You can export your full vault as a PDF at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, your account stays in our system at the free tier. We never delete your data without your explicit instruction.
Can I share my vault with family?
Yes. You can invite family members and a designated digital executor with role-based access (viewer, family reader, attorney advisor, or executor). Sensitive sections like passwords stay locked to non-executor roles by design.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
For wealth advisors and law firms, we structure pricing around the size of your client roster and the support level you need. Get in touch and we will work out a fit.
